A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal
Q: How much is the shipping cost? How is it shipped?
A: Shipping is a flat rate of $7 for all orders shipped inside the continental US; other orders will have additional charges. All toys are shipped USPS Priority with Insurance.
Q: How long until I recieve my order?
A: Pre-made toys are ready to ship and will be en route within 48 hours. Custom orders are hand sewn and require a week. If your toy requires more time you will be contacted. Please remember other orders may be ahead of yours. Feel free to contact me at any point for further information.
Q: What do I do if I am unhappy with my completed toy?
A: Our only goal is to make our clients happy. During the creation process we will be in contact and you will see a picture of your items prior to shipping. If upon arrival you find you are unhappy with any part of your order please contact me at once. We can work on fixing the issue or you may return the item for a refund less shipping fees.
Q: How do I clean my toys?
A: We recommend spot cleaning as needed.
Please be advised that toys with buttons are not reccommended for children age 3 and younger as they contain small parts that could be a choking hazard.
